This App is prepared to support new parents in the stressful early postpartum period. The aim is to
provide continuity of support after the early discharge from the hospital. The parents will be supported
by educational materials comprising a knowledge base content consisting of information materials
specially focussed in enhancing parental self-efficacy, parenting satisfaction, decreasing anxiety and
postnatal depression and awareness on social support from both formal and informal sources as well as
videos and audios with a search function for easier access to information. To receive timely and reliable
support asynchronous communication, where the participants can exchange messages and photos to
consult midwife pertaining to their queries as well as peer discussion among themselves. This App has
been created for a research purpose by a researcher at NUS and will be piloted among new parents to
test its effectiveness on parental outcomes such as parenting self-efficacy, help seeking behaviours and
